Tidal, may, without notice, and at its sole discretion, place your user ID under temporary or permanent suspension.  That user ID and/or password will no longer have access to any distributor information contained on our website.  You may still access the general information portion of our website, but will not have access to any confidential information requiring a sign in.  Some of the reasons include, but are not limited to the following;

1. Tidal has reason to believe you have violated the terms of use on our website
2. You submitted a request in writing to have your account removed from our system
3. Your user ID has been inactive for a prolonged period of time
4. Tidal has reason to believe you have provided information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete in order to access our distributor information
